Coach Teague, Director
Mrs. Teague has been dancing for over 20 years. She danced with the Westfield Lariette's high school dance and drill team for 4 years and served as an officer for 2 years. She was All-American, Miss High Kick National Kick Company and was a first-place soloist with American Dance and Drill Team. She acheived many other acalades in her dance team experinence. She trainined outside of her high school drill team at local dance studio.
Mrs. Teague performed with the Paul Taylor Modern dance company at SFA Repertory Dance Company at Stephen F. Austin State University. She became a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Incorporated while earning a Bachelor of Science with a double minor in Dance and Nutrition.
Mrs. Teague is a former NFL Houston Texans Cheerleader, NBA Houston Rockets Power Dancer and MLS Houston Dynamo Girl. She preformed with the USO military tours for the United States Armed Forces and dances for the Houston Texan Cheerleader Alumni. She has spent the her post-graduate years teaching at several dance and fitness studio in the Houston area.
She spent this past year as a dance teacher and the Assistant Director for a dance team. She choreographed for world-class fitness athletes, local artists and for University of Houston and Houston Baptist University. In addition, she spends her spare time coaching, hosting camps and teaching pro-cheer workshops while enjoying time with family and her puppy, Dot.
Coach Clark, Assistant Director
Ms. Clark is born and raised in Los Angles, California. She has been dancing for 20+ years and her love for dance grew during her time praise dancing for her church. She attended Palos Verdes Peninsula High School where she was a member of the Advanced Choreo Dance Team for 3 years and served as the head captain for 2 of them.
She then moved to Texas to attend Prairie View A&M University and received her Bachelor of Science degree in Human Performance with a minor in Dance. During her time at Prairie View, she was a member of the Classic Dance Ensemble for 4 years and served as the Vice President and President. She also danced with the Black Foxes majorette dance team where she served as the head captain for one season. Ms. Clark has served as an adjudicator for many dance and cheer competitions as well as auditions. She has also worked with many of the surrounding Houston area schools dance programs.
Ms. Clark taught dance at Herman T. Jones Elementary School for 3 years during her time in college. After she graduated, she taught dance at the Pro-Vision Academy and founded their majorette dance team. She also taught at KIPP Intrepid Preparatory School as their very first dance teacher and founded their dance team there as well.
Ms. Clark is currently serving her 3rd year as a member of the Houston Texans Cheerleaders. Last season, she served as one of the four captains. She was blessed with the opportunity to travel to Djibouti, Africa; Oman, Qatar, and Abudabi, UAE during a USO Military Tour for the United States Armed Forces with the Houston Texans Organization.
